For the houses in this area it is normal to be thin and very long. So this is a nice example. Just look how long that buildung actually is:

When you enter the building first you have to get of your shoes (that's normal :) ) after that you go down. You will come to a little room which has space for 8 people. So it seemed not to be a reataurant, but it must be one!
