IN MEMORY OF THE DEAD
The
priest, which you can see on the picture, prays and thanks buddha. My
manager told me, in the past, many people died by a strong drought in
this area. The priest thanks Buddha, that the souls of the dead people, who suffered, can rest in the heaven. We light
a stick of incense, as well.
About 30, approximately 3 meter high,
very beautiful decorated lanterns with various motives hung up in the
precinct. It is a pretty pleasant atmosphere. There were some food
stalls and grilled meat skewer. We ate some of them and some pods.
